In 2020, we were forced to change the way we live and re-examine our priorities. Many of us chose to cut, reorganize, and edit our surroundings both tangible and intangible. We decided what mattered most in our lives and began to let go of the rest.
In 2021, we have the opportunity to create something lovely out of all the scraps we decided to keep. Some will concentrate on self-care. Some will choose social justice as their cause. Many will permanently adopt compulsive handwashing as a habit. Some will now, without guilt, feed their families cereal for lunch – and perhaps even dinner. Whatever we have held onto or changed or reinvented, I hope we make it beautiful.
I present to you, a fresh stART.
